OUR CLASSES —
Our two hour and three hour classes provide the opportunity not only to cook delicious meals, but also to dive into the science behind each dish. You’ll learn why certain techniques work, how ingredients interact, and what transforms a simple recipe into something remarkable. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced home cook, our hands-on sessions guide you step-by-step, helping you build confidence and creativity in the kitchen.
Our classes are as much about the journey as they are about the destination—an immersive experience where learning, experimentation, and enjoyment come together. By the end, you won’t just leave with a great meal; you’ll leave with skills, insights, and memories that last long after class is over.

The class prices DO NOT include required ingredients. We will purchase all the ingredients needed for the dishes requested and kindly ask that you pay for them. After the class is over, you will be able to keep all ingredients and sauces to use for after the lesson so that you are able to make the dishes yourself.
If you are outside a ten mile radius from where we are, we will charge a fee of $25 for travel. If you are above twenty miles away, we will charge $1.50/mile past the twenty miles.
We kindly request for a 50% deposit at least seven days before your desired class date. Online payment is available via Credit Card, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. Please contact us to schedule a date and time for your class.

You can select from our extensive Thai menu from our large authentic Thai dishes! This includes popular dishes, ranging from staples such as Pad Thai and Mango Sticky Rice to unsung favorites such as Hat Yai Fried Chicken and Khao Soi, taught by Culinary Instructor Piyada from southern Thailand.
**ALLERGIES**
Please let us know ahead of time of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or culinary preferences. Traditional Thai food contains nuts, shellfish, and a variety of sauces which may or may not be suitable depending on the person.
